Alex is currently undertaking her RDYT-200 hour teacher training through Red Door Yoga®.
As a counselor and former certified aerobics instructor, Alex has long been curious about the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of well-being. In her years of studying with Kavita, Alex has learnt the deep value of the 8-limbed path of yoga and the remarkable framework it offers for these many aspects.
Alex particularly enjoys playing with the organic flow of yoga asanas and is excited to share her evolving knowledge of yoga with you.
