Talks to ConsiderThe brain can only perceive what the mind is willing to conceive. Thus by expanding your mental possiblities, you become more open to perceiving the reality of the world around you. Red Door Yoga, with the help of TED, brings you engaging talks from the world's most fascinating thinkers and doers to open your mind.
The TED Talks recommended here cover a variety of topics and presentation styles. Depending on how your mind has been patterned to work, you may find some of these talks to be straightforward and easy to access, while others will seem more complex, challenging you greatly to think outside of your conceptual box. The thoughts expressed by these other minds are not inherently right, but they are most certainly worth pondering. For as yoga teaches, when we limit our inner reality, we limit our outer reality as well.
